What each side agrees to when you use MOSINT.

  1. What the service is

    MOSINT continuously monitors public social and news sources, filters them with AI against the topics an approved user defines, sends matching content over Telegram, and presents the analysis on a web dashboard.

    Using the bot means you accept these terms.

  2. Accounts and access

    • One Telegram account, one user. Access belongs to that Telegram account.
    • Sharing your account or transferring access to somebody else is not permitted. Multi-user shared access (seats) is not offered.
    • Keeping your account and your Telegram login secure is your responsibility.
    • The service is not offered to anyone under 13.

  3. Approval and service level

    • MOSINTX is a closed VVIP service for a small client group; an admin manually approves each new user.
    • Every approved user has the same access level, including the bot, all monitoring features, reports and the web dashboard.
    • There are no multiple plans; admin approval is the only access decision.

  4. Acceptable use

    The following are not permitted:

    • Reselling the service, or systematically redistributing alerts and reports to third parties commercially.
    • Bulk automated extraction from the dashboard or the bot, or unauthorised API access.
    • Use for unlawful activity, harassment, defamation, or surveillance of a private individual.
    • Attempting to circumvent the system’s security or its limits.

  5. Intellectual property

    • Copyright in the monitored posts, tweets and articles belongs to their sources and authors. MOSINT summarises them, analyses them, and links to the original.
    • The analysis, reports, software and design produced by MOSINT belong to MOSINT.
    • You may use the reports and alerts you receive freely for your own or your organisation’s internal purposes.

  6. Warranties and limitation of liability

    The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that:

    • AI filtering is 100% accurate — relevant content can be missed and irrelevant alerts can arrive.
    • Third-party sources (Facebook, X/Twitter, news sites) will run continuously or unchanged. If they impose restrictions, a channel may be interrupted.
    • An alert will arrive within any particular time. We aim for minutes, but that is a goal, not a contractual guarantee.

  7. Changes, termination and governing law

    • We may change these terms. Material changes are announced through the bot in advance; if you do not accept them you may stop using the service.
    • You may delete your account and stop using the service at any time.
    • We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaches these terms.
    • These terms are governed by the law of Mongolia. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, it goes to the courts of Mongolia.
